New CD!! "Sweet Sour and Blue"

After all this time, my second full-length CD "Sweet Sour and Blue" is now officially scheduled for release on March 29, 2015!

"Sweet Sour and Blue" features ten songs, of which eight are original compositions ranging from straight ahead blues to guitar-driven rock to sensitive ballads plus covers of Steve Winwood's classic "Had To Cry Today" originally recorded in 1969 by Blind Faith and "Sweet Wine" originally recorded by Cream in 1966.

"Sweet Sour and Blue" also features beautiful vocal arrangements plus acoustic, slide and Leslie guitar textures.

My old bandmate Bob Williams flew in from New York to play drums, while Basil Anagnostis played bass on a number of the tracks. One of the tracks features Ladd Dennison on drums along with Roger Tausz on bass.

And to top it all off, internationally acclaimed harmonica virtuoso Steve Krase breathed fire into one of my original compositions entitled "Shepherd's Hay," which is my contribution to the genre of classic power rock instrumentals such as "Moby Dick" by Led Zeppelin, "Toad" and "Cat's Squirrel" by Cream.

Advance copies of the CD should be available in early March 2015.

Stay tuned!
